Many people assume that if you don’t eat meat, a steakhouse is a tough place to be. The reality is more nuanced: our salads, side dishes and one standalone main course offer a real, filling choice for anyone who wants a meat-free dinner, or simply fancies something lighter alongside the steaks.
What vegetarian salads and starters are on the menu?
Two salads on our menu are entirely meat-free: the citrus garden salad with seasonal lettuce, citrus vinaigrette and a tomato selection, and the quinoa salad, made of crisp mixed greens, quinoa, balsamic dressing and blackberries. Both work perfectly well as a light standalone dish or as the opening course of a bigger dinner.
Among the cold starters, the smoked eggplant cream is the vegetarian option: served with fermented vegetables, cocktail tomatoes and toasted bread.
Is there a real vegetarian main course too?
Yes. The vegetable bulgur salad – with mixed lettuce, fermented radish, celery and green apple – is the only explicitly meat-free main course on the menu, and it’s filling on its own. If you’d like to make it even heartier, you can add the grilled crusted goat cheese, which brings a warmer, creamier layer to the plate without any meat.
How do you build a full vegetarian dinner?
Several of our side dishes can be combined into a standalone, varied vegetarian plate:
- seasonal grilled vegetables,
- breaded artichoke,
- wild broccoli with Asian soy dressing and toasted sesame seeds,
- baby spinach salad with cashews and wasabi vinaigrette,
- potato gratin.
Combine two or three side dishes with the vegetable bulgur salad or a cold starter, and you have a complete, varied dinner without a single bite of meat on the table.
Is there a vegan dessert too?
Yes, the raspberry-passionfruit vegan slice is explicitly listed as a vegan dessert on the menu, so there’s a sweet finish for those who avoid dairy and eggs as well.
